How to set up workflows?
Setting up workflows on Superjoin takes less than 2 minutes:
Step 1: Install Superjoin
You can install Superjoin directly on Google Sheets by searching for Superjoin on Google Workspace Marketplace. You can follow the steps to install and launch Superjoin in this video or this blog.
Step 2: Launch Superjoin
Navigate back to the Extensions menu tab and launch Superjoin from there. Click on Superjoin and then click “Launch Superjoin🚀”. You should see Superjoin running as a Google Sheets side panel on the right side of your screen.
Step 3: Create Workflows
Click on “Create +” and then select “Create a Workflow” to set up a workflow.
Step 4: Configure Triggers for Workflow
Set up triggers by clicking on “Configure Trigger” card
Select the type of trigger you want to set and the frequency of its occurrence.
Click on “Save Trigger” after configuring the trigger.
Step 5: Configure Actions
You can create multiple actions chained to one another on the platform. To create an action, click on “New Action” card.
You can configure actions like refreshing an import or sending screenshots. To refresh an import config, select “Refresh Import” and then select import config to refresh under configurations.
To send Screenshots, select “Send Screenshot”. Select the sheet and range for sending screenshots. Also, select the channel where you want to send the screenshot.
After configuring this, you can send previews to verify your workflow configuration. Click on “Save Action” to save the action configuration.
Step 6: Save the Workflow
After adding and configuring the actions, you can save your workflows by clicking on “Save Workflow”
You can see your saved workflows by going to “Library” and then “Workflows”
Step 7: See results on emails and Slack channels
Screenshots are directly sent to your Slack channels and emails.
